Chicken with Parmesan cheese

Tonight we had chicken with Parmesan cheese, rice and spinach. Everyone seemed to like it but Jason. He is quite the picky eater these days. For lunch, I had a stuffed pepper and Jeff had a salad.

Salmon crusted with bread crumbs

Last night we had salmon crusted with bread crumbs, butter and lemon. We also had broccoli. Jeff made the kids ravioli and broccoli. Laura ate it but Jason did not. Jeff and I liked the salmon.
